I think i just set a personal record of quickest PS upload XD

This is the Goblin Queen. Her superpowers are of the witching category, her specialty is charms. She possesses some war magic however.
Her story began when she was reading a simple book borrowed from the deepest shelf in the library. As she was reading it, she was drawb into a fantasy world run by Goblins. The King of Goblins was an alluring man, and she accepted his proposal for magic, loving fantasy as she did. However, when she came back to the real world, she was a misfit. Haveing initially flaunted her powers as she did, it wasn't long until we found her, and began training her. Having recieved her powers from the King of Goblins, she saw fit to become the Goblin Queen, and consented to join our fight against evil.
The power was too much for her, though; and the Goblin King's pull too strong. After we had grown close to her and fully accepted her as one of us, she fell completely into his arms and world of darkness. Her mask was no longer ceramic, but becoming a part of her, and she had grown to look more Goblinesque. Her beauty remained, but there was a mischievious gleam in her eye. She thought what she had left us to do was all fun and games. She was under the King's thumb.
With much regret, we cast her from our society. We haven't crossed paths recently. It's likely she isn't up to any real evil, just mischievious pranks and confusion. We won't let our mission be bothered by this, there are too many other potential Heroes to find.
For instance, I have heard of a girl with power over the Faer Folk.

Perhaps I can get Her to come along with me, I believe that She knows this new girl...

lol, anyways, for all my new watchers:
This is one of the characters from a constantly evolving super hero twist story me and some friends came up with. 90% of the characters are based off of real people, the Heroes are all based off of friend, the villians...well, those are the 10% right now.
I say constantly evolving because friendships change, like mine with this character. I'm sorry to all of you who are still friends with her T_T I don't mean to bash.'

As for techiniques, chyeah, crappy background, but i was mostly focused on the beam. I tried to get the "bright" lighting right, hope it worked? also, when i was done it was rather bland, so i upped the contrast and that helped alot.
